This 2-day OLAT course for up to 8 candidates, has been developed for operators and transport managers wishing to benefit from a more comprehensive, detailed OLAT course combined with a review of their existing compliance by going through a "self assessment" auditing process of their operator compliance. This course reviews the key aspects in legislation underpinned by the 7 deadly sins and the operator's undertakings as well as provide attendees with experience in auditing their own compliance with respect to: - Operator Licencing management - Driver Management inc a review of driver's hours and tachographs - Vehicle Management inc looking at walkaround checks, defect reporting, PMI's, Plating & Testing During the course we review the legislative changes relevant to your operation as well as look at "best practice" in the industry, advise on how best to tackle specific issues in your organisation and discuss specific requirements with respect to their licence.
